1. Who can use the portal
The portal is available to our clients and the contact persons they have registered with us. You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your registered email address.
2. Your responsibilities
Keep your mailbox secure, and do not share sign-in links, codes or documents with unauthorised persons.
If you think someone has accessed your documents without permission, tell us immediately at info@digitalconto.hu.
3. Documents
Documents are prepared under our engagement with you. The portal is a secure way to receive them; their content is governed by the engagement letter. If you find an error, please contact us.
4. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or suspend the portal, for example for security reasons. Please keep your own copies of important documents.
5. Liability and governing law
Our liability is governed by the engagement letter and applicable law. These terms are governed by Hungarian law.
